No. The most valuable work happens before we speak. I research your business, your customers and your competitors — then we use the call to hand over a clear plan and make decisions together.
Then I keep working with you until you do. Simple as that. I'm not interested in taking your money and moving on — I care about the outcome as much as you do.
I work best with founders who have existing revenue and are ready to act on what they find. If you're pre-revenue or just starting out, this probably isn't the right fit yet.
